Kane Residential's Cooperating Brokers Policy
Kane Residential welcomes the participation of the North Carolina real estate
brokerage community in the sale of all properties.
Kane Residential will pay a 2.5% sales commission on the purchase price of each
residence to a cooperating broker licensed in North Carolina who is the
procuring cause of a sale. It is required that the broker accompanies his or her
client to the sales office for all meetings with the exception of selection
meetings.
To establish buyers agency, we ask that the hyperlinked form (below) be
downloaded, signed by both broker and buyer and submitted to our office no later
than the time of reservation (where applicable) or one week after first
substantial contact.
Broker Registration Policy
Ramblewood's Deposit Policy
As is standard practice in the housing industry, Kane Residential requires all
reservations or contracts to be accompanied by deposits.
There will be no reservations for the Ramblewood Townhomes or Stacked Flats. A
deposit of 5% of the purchase price is required at the time of contract
execution.
For The Garden Homes, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of
contract execution.

Ramblewood's Development Policy
Due to continuous changes in building codes, the availability of materials and
Kane Residentials commitment to offering thoughtfully designed homes, we reserve
the right to incorporate changes in specifications, manufacturers, features,
price, plans and materials at any time without notice. Room dimensions are
approximate and may vary between the brochure, floor plans, model and
individually built residences. Floor plans and architectural renderings are
conceptual. Our website and brochures are intended for illustrative purposes
only and shall not be made part of any legal contract.
For correct representations, we ask that you make reference to the documents in
accordance with the North Carolina Condominium Act and the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Ramblewood Town homes. Copies are
available upon request. Oral representations cannot be relied upon to accurately
state the representations of the developer.
